Jessica Pearce is the owner and practitioner here at Body Mechanics Osteopathy. Jessica is a recent graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton where she earned her Master’s of Practice Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Sciences (M.OMSc). Jessica is now a licensed Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (OMP) and a professional member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA). 

Before exploring the world of Osteopathy, Jessica had completed her Bachelor of Sciences of Kinesiology (BASc) at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology which she bridged into after completing a two-year Diploma Program in Fitness and Health Promotions at Fanshawe College. 

Throughout Jessica’s university career, she enjoyed playing hockey and weightlifting recreationally when she developed chronic back pain. This unrelenting back pain pushed her to research and advocate for different forms of treatment when mainstream options were not helping and that is when she learned about Manual Osteopathy. 

Jessica grew up in a small community in northern Ontario where she developed a passion for hockey and the outdoors. When she isn’t at work she loves to spend time being outdoors, active and spend time with her cats. Interesting fact about Jessica is that she's a true crime junkie and an animal lover.
